1. Use of Facility
Warrior Storage provides secure storage spaces for RVs, boats, trailers, and other vehicles.
All stored vehicles must be operational, legally registered, and insured by the tenant.
You may not store hazardous, flammable, illegal, or perishable items.
Living in or occupying stored vehicles is strictly prohibited.
2. Access
Tenants have 24/7 access to their rented storage space.
Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons.
Access by unauthorized individuals is not permitted.
3. Payments
Rent is due on a monthly basis.
Payments can be made online through our secure payment portal.
Late fees may apply if payment is not made by the due date.
Discounts may be available for long-term rental agreements. Please contact us for more information.
4. First Month Free Offer
This promotional offer is available to new customers only.
The offer applies only to online bookings and is subject to availability.
Warrior Storage reserves the right to modify or end this promotion at any time.
5. Security
Our facility is equipped with fencing, gated access, security lighting, and 24/7 digital video surveillance.
We have staff and on-site presence to monitor the property.
While we take security seriously, Warrior Storage is not liable for theft, damage, or loss due to fire, vandalism, weather, or other unforeseen events.
It is the customer’s responsibility to insure stored vehicles and personal property.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with proper notice as outlined in the rental contract.
Tenants must vacate their unit and remove all personal items by the end of the rental period.
Unclaimed or abandoned property may be disposed of according to applicable laws.
7. Changes to Terms
Warrior Storage reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
